We understand that life happens—and we’re committed to being as thoughtful as possible while honoring the time and resources required to produce this retreat.

*Transfer Policy*

- You may transfer your spot to another approved participant (pending organizer approval) at no additional cost.
- If we are able to fill your spot from our waitlist, we will refund your payment minus the $150 cancellation fee.

*Cancellation Policy*

Hotel room reservations are prepaid and nonrefundable - this is the hotel’s policy.

If you need to cancel your attendance, the following terms apply:
- Between September 1-Sept 30: Partial refund for your registration fee minus a $150 cancellation fee and the cost of your hotel room.
- After October 1: No refunds available.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
